Our Little Chefs will prepare some delicious recipes inspired by this fall season! Your child’s taste buds will explode as they sample the scrumptious foods they will prepare over the course of these seven weeks. Sample recipes our young chefs will be introduced to include: Hidden Veggie Berry Smoothies, Rainbow Vegetable Spring Rolls, Mango Chicken Salad, Seasonal Fruit Bowls, Mexican Pinwheel Sandwiches, Apple Nachos, and Swedish Chocolate Treats. Please note, dairy is used in some of the recipes we will prepare. Also, while most of the recipes are meat-free, parents may request to substitute tofu for those few recipes which do include chicken or turkey. This is sure to be a fun and filling enrichment for any aspiring Little Chefs!
