We are ready to spring into action in the kitchen with our Little Chefs who will learn to prepare some perfect recipes for the spring season! Get ready for a fun, hands-on cooking experience that plants the seeds of healthy eating early on! We will expand your child’s taste buds by creating healthy and yummy recipes that will entice all five senses as your children experience various spring smells, textures, tastes, and sounds during the springtime culinary adventure. Sample recipes are Mediterranean Turkey Pinwheels, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Rainbow Chicken Salad, Watermelon Salad and Vegan Cookie Dough Dip with fruit. Please note, recipes with chicken and turkey can be substituted with tofu or avoided. All other recipes are meat-free. Also note, dairy is used in some of our recipes.
