Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

REGISTRATION POLICY
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment and early registration is strongly encouraged. Once a class is filled to capacity, registrants will be placed on a wait list for their 1st choice and enrolled in their 2nd choice. If a 2nd choice is not selected, the "Pay Now" feature will be disabled. If a space becomes available, registrants will be notified by email and they will have 2 days to respond and pay for their space in the class. Students should confirm their desire to enroll in the class by email. If no response is received, the space in the class will be offered to the next person on the wait list. Late registrations are accepted on a space available basis and with prior permission from the LEAF Approach to Enrichments administrator. Prices may be pro-rated, depending on the number of classes remaining at the time of signup. If a parent incorrectly enters a discount code, LEAF Approach to Enrichments reserves the right to invoice the parent for the amount of the discount. PAYMENT POLICY
Payment in full is due for all classes at the time of enrollment. Students will not be allowed to attend classes if payment has not been received, and LEAF Approach to Enrichments reserves the right to offer that space to a person on the wait list. 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
LEAF Approach to Enrichments reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, LEAF Approach to Enrichments will notify families in advance and refund the entire course fee. Registration is not complete until payment is received in full. 

REFUND POLICY
Students may be withdrawn from the program at any time up until 24 hours after the third class of this session without penalty except that a per class fee (total tuition divided by the number of classes) will be deducted for the classes held prior to withdrawal. Starting 24 hours after the third class, if a student withdraws, there will be no refund of the program fee and if the program fee has not yet been paid in full, parents are obligated to pay the full fee for the registered program.
